USDA Kubota: Test plot sprayer for USDA in Pendleton, OR. Customer wanted to spray 12’ or 24’ for different plot widths. One hundred gallon capacity with a 7 gallon small tank for smaller plots that is also used for inducting chemical or rinse into big tank. Five boom sections but not with automatic section control. Customer also wanted a foam marker installed. Tough build but it turned out pretty good.
ATV Sprayer: This is the most recent ATV sprayer. The customer requested boomless nozzles for doing fence row work as well as a handgun and spray bar. A custom switch panel was made for convenience and is very ergonomically located. A 5.0 GPM pump was used to ensure plenty of flow and pressure with the larger boomless nozzles. Transitioning from different types of spraying is as easy as flipping a switch. A relay was located in the battery compartment and all wiring is weatherproof and run along with the factory cabling through the frame. This particular build uses Polaris’ lock-n-ride system so the entire sprayer can be disconnected and removed in a matter of minutes.
300 Gallon Pull Sprayer: This is a 300 gallon tow behind sprayer. The axle location gives plenty of tongue weight as to eliminate a bouncy rough ride when the volume decreases. An 80” center swath and two boomless nozzles give this sprayer an overall coverage of about 35’. This particular model was designed to completely disassemble as it is being sent in a crate to Delta Junction Alaska. The 100’ hose reel and a vent line coming off the pump increase versatility and dependability.
