Twin 50’s UTV sprayer

This is a recently fulfilled order coming out of the fabrication shop at Ag Enterprise Supply, Inc.  The customer wanted to have two 50 gallon tanks to carry two different products.  Teejet 3-way valves select which tank is being used along with a big Shurflo 5.3 gallon per minute pump to get things moving.  Draw tubes were installed to allow complete emptying as well as some remote tank drain hoses.  A clear Banjo filter allows the user to see if the filter is plugged without having to take the filter off.  A custom boom was made to allow various spray patterns.  A 5’ center swath and two Hypro boomless XT 10 nozzles are used to achieve a 30’ pattern with all nozzles running.  Each nozzle can be individually shut off with Teejet Chemsavers.  A 20’ length of spray hose was put on for the handgun that sits in a custom holster right by the driver.  Also incorporated into this build are fork pockets to be used with a forklift or fork extensions on the bucket of a tractor for ease of installing or removing.  The wiring is all weather proof solder and seal connectors as well as a weatherproof relay to prolong wire harness and pump motor life.  A good clean build heading to the Columbia Basin to get to work.
